Reports are delivered immediately
When you pay for a report, it is generated and made available to view in your browser straight away. Because the digital product is delivered to you immediately upon successful payment, you are expressly consenting to begin performance of the service before the end of any statutory cancellation period and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right to cancel once the report has been generated.
When you can get a refund
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase in the following circumstances:
- The report failed to generate or was not delivered to you due to a technical fault on our end.
- You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate payment, unauthorised use of your card — please also notify your bank).
- The report is materially incomplete because of a failure of our service (not because the underlying public records themselves are sparse — we cannot refund for the limits of public data, which are described in our Legal & disclaimer).
Final sale
Once a report has been successfully generated and made available to you, the sale is final outside the circumstances listed above. This is standard for instant-delivery digital goods: the value of the report has been consumed at the point of generation.
